KSG Agro Agroholding has many years of partnership experience, both with corporate and private investors. In 2011, we conducted one of the most successful IPOs among Ukrainian companies, which allowed us to raise more than USD 40 million for business development, which determined the holding's leading position on the market for many years to come. The success of the public offering was determined by professional and effective work with the investment community.
Publicity is an important component of the holding's development strategy. Our shares have been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) for more than 11 years.
Constant dialogue with Polish private investors, in the form of forums, conferences and meetings, both online and offline, helps to maintain high demand for our securities. In addition, we actively talk about agribusiness in Ukraine, in general, and the experience of our activities, achievements and future development plans, in particular, in the leading Polish mass media.
Having set the goal of being open and transparent to investors, the company constantly and timely posts audit and financial reports prepared according to international standards on the WSE and the official website of the exchange. In addition, we regularly post exchange announcements in ESPI.
Since publicity is a kind of promise to investors of transparency and constant honest dialogue, KSG Agro pursues a policy of information openness. We promptly inform the mass media about all significant events in our activities, regularly answer the questions of journalists representing specialized publications, actively cooperate with leading agrarian columnists in Ukraine, participate in specialized exhibitions and forums, organize press tours to our pig complex and agricultural farms, etc.
