Every tenth employee of KSG Agro defends Ukraine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Almost every tenth employee of the farms that are part of the KSG Agro agricultural holding serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the company's press service with reference to a story by the Open TV channel (https://youtu.be/2CfePHx1zWI).
Every tenth employee of KSG Agro is serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. One of the holding's farms has more than 50% of employees currently mobilized and serving in the military.
"We have repeatedly said that we consider our frontline to be a labor one, so in order to preserve the backbone of the professional team of the agricultural holding, we submitted the necessary documents and provided reservations for our employees. "This is absolutely understandable, as our activities are related to the food security of the state, and our products - pork and stew - are used, among other products, to provide food for the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," says Sergiy Kasianov, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KSG Agro. So, it is not surprising that at the moment more than 15 of our employees are defending Ukraine as part of the Armed Forces, and another 15 are undergoing the relevant commissions at the territorial recruitment centers. The Cossack spirit and the desire to defend our country at the front line with arms prevailed in these people."
The example of KSG Agro's lawyer Oleksandr Spiridonov, who helped the agricultural holding's farms with their legal affairs, is illustrative. Having a "white" military ID, without any military experience, he made a firm decision to become a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, due to his "limited suitability" for military service, it was not easy to do so - at first, the military enlistment office did not allow Oleksandr to serve. After three months of training, Oleksandr Spiridonov was sent to the front. Currently, the soldier with the call sign "Advocate" is undergoing medical rehabilitation after a concussion and is eager to return to his comrades in arms from his hospital bed. He has fought hard in the Kherson region and in the Bakhmut sector. During his six months of service, Spiridonov was promoted to commander of a firearm squad.
Women agrarians do not stand aside from the cause of bringing our country's victory over the enemy. For Tetyana Suhanyaka-Golofievska, a co-worker at KSG Agro, the war has become a period of fruitful and effective volunteering. "People are tired and accustomed to war, but despite everything, we managed to collect and deliver to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the administration of Kryvyi Rih, a special unit in Chornobaivka, Rudnev Children's Hospital, and a refugee center in Dnipro: body armor, a thermal imager, a vehicle with hydrogel bandages, antiseptics, suture material, medicines, summer boots, slates, communication equipment, power banks, etc.", she recalls.
While the employees of the agricultural holding are defending Ukraine at the front, KSG Agro does not forget to support their families with food packages, gifts for children for the holidays, assistance in organizing holidays, etc.
