KSG Agro is developing a partnership in the field of training specialists with three educational institutions of the Dnipro region: Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University (DSAEU), Tomakivsky Professional Agricultural Lyceum and Sofiyivka Professional Lyceum.
For the time being, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with the DSEAU, and agreements on the provision of educational services in the field of vocational education between vocational schools and the employer of workers were signed with the agricultural lyceums. As part of the partnership with the State Automobile and Highway Engineering University, several graduate students work in the holding's companies in specialized technological positions and continue their education on a dual basis. In the case of the agricultural lyceums, it is actually a targeted education of tractor drivers, machine operators, drivers and farm workers.
To ensure effective training, the agricultural holding has created all the necessary infrastructure, including dormitories, classrooms, laboratories and other equipment. This means that there are all the opportunities for internships at the holding's farms.
"Cooperation with educational institutions is an opportunity to train employees for our holding, including those in short supply in the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex, such as machine operators," comments Iryna Palyvoda, HR Director at KSG Agro.
