KSG Agro has started fertilization of winter crops

The farms, which are part of KSG Agro agricultural holding, have started the fertilization of winter crops. This news came from the company press service.

Farms within KSG Agro agricultural holding have started fertilizing winter crops with CAS (urea-ammonia mixture) and anhydrous ammonia. Fertilization of cereals is carried out on an area of 6.5 thousand hectares and sunflower on 8 thousand hectares.

“The process of fertilizing agricultural crops, which will last two weeks, will help increase their yields”, said KSG Agro Production Director Dmytro Yemelchenko. – Crops are monitored in parallel. It is important for us that 90% of them are reliably protected, being under a snow cover of 7-12 cm. Crops are in good condition, and their further condition is constantly monitored”.
