KSG Agro provides internships for 25 students of educational institutions of Dnipropetrovsk region
The farms of KSG Agro agricultural holding are providing internships for 25 students of educational institutions of Dnipropetrovsk region. This was reported by the press service with reference to Iryna Palyvoda, HR Director at KSG Agro.
KSG Agro's farms are hosting 25 students from educational institutions of Dnipropetrovsk region: the Apostolivsky Center for Training and Retraining of Workers of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council and the Tomakivsky Professional Agricultural Lyceum DOR. Earlier, agreements on the provision of educational services in the field of vocational education were signed with these agricultural institutions between vocational educational institutions and the employer of workers.
The on-the-job training of students - future tractor drivers, mechanics, and agricultural machinery repair specialists - is organized from March to May at the Apostolivske and Novopokrovske branches of KSG Dnipro. The agroholding has created all the necessary infrastructure for students to effectively complete their internships, including dormitories, classrooms, laboratories, etc.
According to Iryna Palyvoda, as part of the memorandum of cooperation, the last-year students of Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University and Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University were offered summer internships as zootechnicians and veterinarians. Technological students are already undergoing individual internships at the holding's enterprises.
In the future, the most talented graduates will be employed at the holding's production facilities in Nyva Trudova (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Novoraysk (Kherson oblast) after graduation.
