KSG Agro is updating its agricultural machinery fleet under TASKOMBANK's leasing programs. The holding's crop farms will receive new tractors and equipment for field work.
This week, the following tractors were put into operation: John Deere 8R 340 and two LOVOL FT 1054 tractors. A John Deere M 40-40 sprayer is already on its way to the farm. In addition, equipment for applying liquid fertilizers to the soil for DB55 row crop seeders has been purchased and is being installed.
"The renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet will allow our holding to conduct sowing campaigns more efficiently, improve the quality of crops and, as a result, increase crop yields," comments Dmytro Yemelchenko, Head of the Crop Production Division of KSG Agro. - "The equipment for the seeders will allow us to use liquid fertilizers that are of higher quality and more efficient than their counterparts."
As previously reported, in November 2023, KSG Dnipro, a part of KSG Agro, completed a private placement of bonds worth USD 2.92 million. The purpose of the bond issue was to raise additional resources for the purchase of agricultural machinery, which will increase yields, reduce repair costs by replacing old equipment with new, reduce equipment downtime due to current repairs and overhauls, improve the quality of tillage, which will lead to reduced wear and tear, and decrease the cost of operating machinery.
