Our team

Mr. Kasianov has been a member of the Board of Directors since March 2011 and is responsible for overall supervision and strategic planning of the Group’s business. Mr. Kasianov is also the major shareholder of the Group.

He has broad and well diversified business experience:  in 1994 he has started his own business by founding a company that was one of the leading importers of household chemicals in Ukraine. In 1997 he founded another company that was engaged in production of well known household chemistry brands. Mr. Kasianov became a major shareholder of the Group in 2006.

Mr. Kasianov graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk engineering and building institute (1992). He also received the degree of Candidate of Technological sciences (1998).

Andrii Mudriyevskyi was appointed class A director and a member of the Board of Directors in May 2014. Mr Mudrievsky is responsible for external communications and the company’s activities in the field of investor relations.

In 1996, Andrii graduated from Rowan University of New Jersey majoring in psychology.

After graduation, Andrii Mudriyevskyi worked as a Foreign Relations advisor to President of Olvia Corporation, took an active part in putting together a joint venture for his corporation with foreign partners. Between 2001 and 2014, he held management positions in a variety of Western and Ukrainian airlines. Andrii has an extensive experience in running communications with foreign partners, as well as project management and team building.

Andrii Mudriyevskyi joined the company in 2014 as Director of Investor Relations.

Xavier SOULARD has been a member of the Board of Directors since June 2014.

Between July, 2005 and May, 2013 he works as Team Manager with Intertrust (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. As of today he is a Director of W-Conseil S.à r.l. which is acting as Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg.

Mr. SOULARD graduated from the “Université de Nancy” with a Master I – Accountancy. He is also acting as Chartered Accountant Trainee in Luxembourg.

Eric TAZZIERI has been a member of the Board of Directors since June 2014.

He has a strong experience of 15 years working as Team Manager for big Luxemburgish firms as Deloitte & Touche, ABN AMRO Trust and ING Trust.

He joined W-Conseil S.à r.l. in February 2014 as Team Manager.

Mr TAZZIERI has graduated in accountancy (1999).

Yevhen S. Badogin, born on March 19, 1981, heads the commercial structure of the KSG AGRO group since September 2020 and determines the commercial development strategy, ensuring a flexible policy and a European level of the negotiation process.

Education: graduated from the Dnipro State Academy of Construction and Architecture, majoring in international economics. Second diploma received from Lakehead University as bachelor of arts and general sciences.

Since 2007, he served as the CEO, commercial director, development director at the largest European and international production enterprises.

Professional, practical, efficient buyer.

Dmytro A. Yemelchenko, born on June 5, 1971, production director of the crop growing department since August 2020. He manages organizational and technological issues in the field of KSG AGRO group crop production, ensuring high profitability in this area of business and implementation of progressive global technologies.

Education: graduated from the Luhansk Agricultural Institute, majoring in agronomy.

From 1995 to 2019, he headed agro-technological services and agricultural enterprises of Ukraine (from agronomist, director of production to regional director) at the following companies: ALLC Merkurii, SPP Chumaki, LLC Demetra, group of companies Agroprosperis, Consult Agro.

Practical, systematic, structured, result-oriented.

Vasyl V. Starobor, born on January 14, 1980, heads the business of commercial pig breeding and compound feed production (LLC Strong-Invest Director since 2021).

Education: graduated from the Odesa State Academy, majoring in energy engineering.

Successful experience of implementing large projects in the agricultural sector since 2010.

From 2010 to 2017, he was director of LLC NVP Globynsky Swine Complex;

from 2017 to 2020, director of PJSC Agro-industrial company.

Experienced manager, competent agricultural technologist, leader, focused on results.
 

Yury M. Nemykin, born on January 12, 1958, director of the KSG Dnipro enterprise since August 2017.

Performs operational management of LLC KSG Dnipro, ensuring high profitability and KPI achievement.

Education: graduated from the Kyiv Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR named after F.E. Dzerzhynskyi, majoring in law.

From 1980 to 2015, he headed commercial and state security intitutions, from deputy director to director of the economic security department of LLC Business Management Group, CJSC KStrading, Spar Center LLC, the head office of the State Geocadastre of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Hardworking, responsible, systematic, leader, competent manager.

Iryna PALIVODA Professional, a practitioner in the field of HR with many years of work experience in large corporations in Ukraine.

Since September 2009, Iryna heads the personnel service of the KSG AGRO group of companies. Responsible for the formation of the company's personnel management strategy, development, and implementation of the personnel policy by the business development strategy.

Since 2002, she has worked her way up from the HR manager to the head of the HR structure (multi-profile holding in the field of retail, distribution, and construction).

Iryna Palivoda has a higher education and graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University with a degree in philology, teacher, and translator. Additional specialized business education "Personnel Management".

A comprehensive and systematic approach, creativity, sociability and good organizer.

Yuliya V. Kyselyova, born on September 16, 1973, chief accountant of the managing company KSG AGRO.

25 years of experience as a chief accountant, auditor at enterprises of all ownership forms at the largest agricultural, manufacturing and auditing enterprises of Ukraine. From 2004 to 2009, she was the chief accountant of LLC NPAK Stepova; from 2010-2015: auditor, head of the accounting and audit support department at the audit company, from October 2015 – chief accountant at KSG AGRO Group's crop enterprises, from 2020 – chief accountant of the management company.

Education: graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk National University of Railway Transport, majoring in accounting and auditing.

A high level of personal responsibility, systematic approach to solving business tasks, an experienced professional.
 

Sergiy V. Losenko, born February 4, 1969, head of the Department of Economic Security and Protection since March 2019.

Ensures comprehensive security in the field of commercial, production, and financial activities at KSG AGRO group of companies, supervises the activities of the security department, aimed at ensuring physical, financial, informational, technological, legal and personnel security of the enterprise.

Education: graduated from the National Mining University, majoring in jurisprudence.

From 1992 to 2019, he headed the security divisions within commercial and industrial enterprises of Ukraine (from the head of the department to the director, regional director of Engineering-Pravoprojekt, LLC VKP Universalbud, ATTZ DPSZ SE Soyuz-Prim-1, Radiator 2006, KK LLC Agrocenter-Ukraine).
